Dragonfly Fitness & Training retains client and user information while your account remains active and for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill our business and legal obligations. When a client requests deletion of their account and personal information, we will delete the applicable information, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business purposes.
Clients may request deletion of their personal information and account by submitting a written request to dflyfitness@gmail.com. Please include your name and the email address associated with your account so that we can identify your account and process the request.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, Dragonfly Fitness & Training will delete the applicable account and associated personal information, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business purposes.
If Dragonfly Fitness & Training terminates its use of the My Best Studio service, the studio account and associated data will be removed and deleted after three (3) months, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.
