Cardio
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. With multiple instructors on most days of the week, Dragonfly has a class perfect for everyone who wants to come in and dance their worries away. Zumba Gold is also offered.
Serious Circuits
Interval + Weights
Held downstairs. Circuits is a higher intensity class that you can ease into. You will be introduced to weights, cardio, plyometrics and calisthenics. Don’t be intimidated! You’ll love the results 30 minutes is all you need!
Hip Hop Fit
Weights
Emily’s creation of toning with body weight and light weights to today’s top hits. Available Fall-Spring.
